Fall Foliage Festival Repurposing Project Contest

Contest Objectivity:  To transform/create a once useable item from it’s original purpose to another usable item in a repurposed fashion!

Two Catagories: Furniture: Inside and Outside & Misc. items

Placement will be subject to Judges discretion                                                                

Rules: No purchased items allowed

Items must have been repurposed within a two year time frame 2015-2017

Original items may be altered or added to. They may be painted, stained, refinished, or left original

Reclaimed or new materials may be used to a minimum

At least 90%  of labor must be completed by the submitter and a before picture is needed with Entry form

Projects are to be submitted on Monday, October 9, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and will be released on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Source Bldg. – 77 East Washington Street.

Judging will be done on October 10, 2017 and all items will be on display for the duration of the Festival. Awards will be presented on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at 77 East Washington Street.

Cash Awards:

1st Place - $250.00

2nd Place - $150.00

3rd Place - $100.00
